“I had to check out early to fly out. Checked out at 3:00 pm. They said they couldn’t refund/cancel because it was after 2:00 pm. Really. 1 hour. Heard a lot of people complaining about different things.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We especially loved the included breakfast, which was a great way to start each morning. The two complimentary cocktails each day were such a nice bonus too. Great amenities, comfortable rooms, and an overall enjoyable stay. So close to the event center we could walk. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Kiva was a great stay for the weekend! We had a clean room with plenty of towels. We appreciated the second entrance to the parking lot. We had a room close to the lobby, which was a little noisy even after 10 pm quit hours; not a deal breaker, but if you have an early bedtime or are a light sleeper, I'd recommend requesting a room farther from the lobby! Easy access to the highway and 5-10 minutes from Old Town/Downtown. Overall, a decent stay!”

“I’m normally a Marriott guy but would stay here ina heartbeat again. Beats any of the courtyard, Fairfield, and spring hill brands. Upgraded room amenities like towels, bedding, etc. it’s a converted motel but they did such a nice job with it. Great value and location to campus.”

“We loved our stay at the condo. The views from front porch and living room are awesome. We really enjoyed having our morning cup of coffee watching the sun come up over the mountains ..the condo is just 10 mins from Taos plaza and is close to grocery and eating outoptions.”
